CinePlayer
Hello, we have got a huge problem and don't get an answer from the support of Roxio. We bought the CinePlayer 3.9.1 - ESD for a customer. We are not sure how to send it to the customer because we don't want that they can see the price or the contactdetails of us. Is it possible to register it to the customer? I really need help as soon as possible! Thnak you!

lynn98109
Attempts I made to get to German links kept coming back to the US help page ... they must have "improved" it some more. There does seem to be a UK contact number altho it may be only for sales - Purchase by Phone Our representatives are here to answer any pre-sales questions you may have. Please call 0 844 448 5500( Toll Free from UK; Monday - Thursday, 8:30 A.M. to 17:30 GMT, Friday - 8:30 to 16:30 GMT excluding holidays) http://www.roxio.com/eng/support/service/default.html There are German discussion Forums but I'm not convinced the alleged moderators EVER visit, and I don't know if the regulars (who are simply users of the software) can help. http://forumsde.roxio.com/index.php I wish I could offer something more helpful Lynn Congratulations, Brendon, on finding it
CinePlayer
They won't help me because there isn't very much. I think that the support of Roxio is very bad. @Brendon: I have already paid for my CinePlayer..why should I also pay for help? (1,24 €/Min)

(1,24 €/Min) Well, you have been given the best options, by the best of folks on these boards. It's up to you to choose whether or not you want to persue those options. As for this thread, I think that it could go in circles forever.
Brendon
@Brendon: I have already paid for my CinePlayer..why should I also pay for help? (1,24 €/Min) Isn't it your customer's Cineplayer? I'll bet that you are not doing this "research" for him for free. You asked for a German phone number. I pointed you to it for free. If you don't want to risk his money ringing that phone number for individual one-on-one help from the Roxio customer service people, just carry on here. Go to the appropriate forum and post his question there, and we'll do our best to help you both - for free. Regards, Brendon
