Hello,

 

we have got a huge problem and don't get an answer from the support of Roxio.

We bought the CinePlayer 3.9.1 - ESD for a customer.

 

We are not sure how to send it to the customer because we don't want that they can see the price or the contactdetails of us.

 

Is it possible to register it to the customer?

 

I really need help as soon as possible!

Were just users on here, you will have to contact Roxio.

Attempts I made to get to German links kept coming back to the US help page ... they must have "improved" it some more.

 

There does seem to be a UK contact number altho it may be only for sales -

They won't help me because there isn't very much.

 

I think that the support of Roxio is very bad.

Well, you have been given the best options, by the best of folks on these boards. It's up to you to choose whether or not you want to persue those options.

 

As for this thread, I think that it could go in circles forever.

Isn't it your customer's Cineplayer? I'll bet that you are not doing this "research" for him for free.

 

You asked for a German phone number. I pointed you to it for free. :)

If you don't want to risk his money ringing that phone number for individual one-on-one help from the Roxio customer service people, just carry on here. Go to the appropriate forum and post his question there, and we'll do our best to help you both - for free.
