Problem Burning To A DVD

aston

Question

Just bought EMC 10. Having problem burning a project to DVD.

First system uses Vista Ultimate (32bit) and could not recognize drive ( SONY DVD+-RW DW-Q58A, ATA Device). After some digging found a pxeng3 file that allowed EMC to recognize drive. However the system freezes when I start to burn the project

Second system runs XP. It recognizes the drive (PHILLIPS DVD +-RW SDVD8820) and starts burning the project (took quite a while). Eventually it says that there is not enough disk space to complete the project. According to EMC 10 there was about 45MB available on the disk.

The disks used are SONY DVD-R. Please advise

First, your problem has nothing in common with the thread that you originally hijacked.

What are you trying to burn, and what program, in the suite, are you using?
