Unable To Upload New Photoshow Or Email Old Photoshows!

I have PhotoShow 5 with the DVD Add on from Roadrunner. I have tried for two days to email an old photoshow and also upload a new photoshow.

 

I continue to get error messages stating: Failed To Update. Please try again. Error Code 402 when trying to email the OLD PhotoShow. And then also get Failed To Upload. Please Try Again and the Error Code 201 when I tried to upload a NEW photoshow.

 

Why am I unable to email the old PhotoShow and now unable to upload a new photoShow?

 

I have not been able to contact Roxio or make a ticket because I also get an error message when doing that too!

 

These problems began on Saturday evening (8-23-08).

 

Is the website down or is there some change that I need to make?

 

Can someone help me PLEASE?

Hi there. I am relative new to all this but I have an old photoshow that I can not email or post to my online account etc. I just wanted to know if you have been able to relove this issue? Do you know where we can get an Error listing from?

 

The old photoshow (photoshow 5) that I am having trouble with has a mp3 song on it. Photoshow 6 is suppose to allow you to upload to email , facebook etc????

 

I have searched for the answer but to no avail??? How did you go???

I am having same issue. I am very frustrated with the inability to contact Roxio. Interesting that I was able to order prints from Walgreens from pics in my photo shows. I guess if you're spending $$, no problem. If you're trying to send a photo show - which doesn't bring in additioanl $$ for Roxio - it's "Scew the customer!!!"
