I and others have the same problem and this is after extracting to a folder and after a successful install of the program files and a reboot. This should be bugged as it's happened to too many already.

EDIT: I continually tried installing content (14 different times to do the same thing) with as many background programs as possible shut down and on the 14th time, it worked. Or at least the install completed. I still say it's a bug and should be looked it!

I hope somebody is able to help me.

Try a re-download of one file at a time by de-selecting Content and vice versa. And perhaps unchecking the option "Run files when download is complete".

Additionally from what I suggested on the previous post, try clearing %TEMP% files and try again.

Have you tried cleaning your %TEMP% and then attempting to install again? I just gave a second round of download on a different system and was able to successfully install. However, there seems to be UI bug if installing Content file prior to installing Program, it prompts to install EMC10 ;)

Hi All,

I'll keep an eye on this although I was not able duplicate. Also, please try the following two steps if you experience the error.

1. manually extracting the files using WinZip or Winrar and manually start the install.

2. delete all the files in your temp folder (Start -> Run -> %temp%) and try to install.

However, there seems to be UI bug if installing Content file prior to installing Program, it prompts to install EMC10 ;)

We are aware of this issue and currently working on address it.

Thanks

Ivan

Hi,

after extract the file and following installation....the same sh... message. Afterwards I start windows XP (SP2) by ("abgesicherten Modus") . After starting the installation following message appears. " Fehler 0641" I saw in the installationbox that the programm stops during "Rollback von Direct9 runtime"

Is somthing wrong with DirectX? I got the newest version.

- For 000d, did you try cleaning %TEMP% files?

- For DirectX 9 Runtime, looks like the issue is being investigated by Roxio. Glad they are prompt. Here

I would try extracting the contents of the .exe file to a folder using something like winzip or 7zip and then install from the extracted folder.
