sknis
can you help when i go to cut film on video wave i move the start or end the film box go's green and i can't see the film A little more detail please. In Video Wave, are you saying that the preview window turns green? or something else? What video card or chip do you have? Got to Windows>Start>Run> type in dxdiag> Click OK. When the window opens, go to the display tab and look at the video device and the driver version and date. Type that information in your reply. In the meantime, in Video Wave, go to the top menu and select tools, options and put a dot next to software if it isn't already there. Update DirectX 9c from Microsoft. Update the drivers for your video device if you know how to find them. If not, if you post the information, we can help you find the drivers. Did you check to make sure that your computer exceeds the minimum requirements for this program before you bought the program. Did you buy the program or dis it come with your computer or other computer hardware?
