Question

I did a project which includes videos and slide shows. during previews, everything were fine. But after I burn it into DVD, and when I playback on DVD players, there will be no sound when I reach the videos part. The menu and slide show parts are ok.

Whats wrong?

Missing parts of a project (images, audio) when you do a one step burn is a common problem. Typically it is caused by a hardware limitation. Some computers cannot encode the project and burn at the same time.

The best practice is to encode the project to an ISO file first and then copy the ISO to a blank DVD via Creator Classic or Video Copy and Convert. An ISO images s a direct copy of what will be burned to the disc.

When you do to burn, select to encode to the ISO file. Once it encodes, you can do the copy. If you want to preview it, download and run that ISO file in VLC free player. If the audio is missing there, then there is something else (volume?). Make sure that you select to normalize the audio in Project Settings in My DVD.
