I have trouble reading and writing to cd-r, dvd + or -. When I use Iso buster...it will load the data or pictures. When I run device manager both drives are recognized. I uninstalled and reinstalled re: Dell. Nothing is highlighted for being in error state. Dvd identifier reads media in drive. Could I be running something incompatible or? Can't use Windows to save to disks or Roxio.

I believe I have the same problem. Discs I could read before installing Easy Media Creator 10, I can't read anymore. The windows keep asking to place a disc in the drive although I have placed it already in. And in other computers that have only what came installed with dell, i can read the same discs. I have no idea what's happening and neither how to make it work.
