Music Disc Creator Malfunctions When Trying To Create A Project.

For the last 2 weeks I have been having a major pain with the Music Disc Creator program in EMC 9.0. The program itself is opening but when I go begin to create a PROJECT (such as addng tracks from a CD) it only progresses to 50% and just hangs there. At that point I cannot even close the program without going to my task manager and 'closing the task' from there. I have tried removing and reinstalling the the entire EMC program 3 times but the problem still remains with Music Disc Creator. NOTE: It WILL work if I first add the tracks to Sound Editor and then transfer them over to Music Disc Creator from there. That just seems like a little too much work especially since it always used to work directly through Music Disc Creator. Can anyone out there help me with this? It's driving me crazy.

When you rip the audio files from the CD, what format are you ripping to? Unless you change it, it will be mp3 (default). When you export the audio from Sound Editor what format are you exporting to?
