Capturing Streaming Internet Audio?

Toast 9 claims it can capture streaming Internet audio-or any sound-as you hear it with one click. Can someone point me in the right direction as to how this is done. I tried using Spin Doctor to capture music audio played through the radio stations acquired through iTunes with no apparent luck. What do I select as Input Divice and Input source? I can capture audio through the Mac's microphone but that also captures all sound from any external source at the same time--hardly desirable!

Go to the CD Spin Doctor menu and choose Install Audio Capture Support.... Now when you choose Start New Recording in Spin Doctor you'll have an option to choose CD Spin Doctor Capture Support as an input option.

Also, if you install the Spin Doctor Dashboard Widget you can select this input by clicking the "i" button to flip the widget to the back side.
