I don't quite understand what you are doing As has been stated numerous times in this forum, file sizes mean nothing when it comes to rendering.burning DVDs. What are the time length of your videos? As has been posted numerous times in these forums a standard 4.7GB DVD will only hold 60 minutes of video at best quality which means that 90 minutes will have to be compressed.
