Buttons In Mydvd

Thanksforallthefish

Question

All these questions relate to MYDVD (advanced)

I am trying to make the button thumbnails larger, but all the same size and cant see any way of doing it other than resizing each individually ... please tell me there is an easier way.

When trying to add a fith button yo get the message

The current menu is full do you want to create a new one? ... Yes / No

If you answer no it allows you to add more, every extra one you add you get this prompt until at some point the program automatically adds submenus and puts four buttons on each submenu.

What I can't figure out is how it determines when it will do this, I have the program on both my desktop and laptop (I know this isn't allowed) and both rearrange after adding different numbers of buttons.

Some button styles have text that is linked to the button, so if you move the button the text moves also. Is it possible to make your own button styles like this?

I would like a button with text in the middle of the button.

I cant find the answers to these in the help anywhere

Thanks for your help

1) I don't know of an easier way but perhaps some one else does.

2) The number of buttons you can put on a page depends on the original template that you choose. Most have four but some have six. When you get the message about the full, go to the drop down where you see My Menu or the name you gave it and hit the down arrow, you can then select to work on that second menu page. How it determines when enough is enough, you have to ask the developers. Be careful the actual selection area is a lot larger than what you see. If you rearrange the buttons to much, the areas overlap and give you navigation problems on a DVD player.

3) You can make a image with the text and then use the option to make a custom button.
