Burns Wrong Video

gordy

Question

I have Media Creator 9, but could not find that listed on the main page. I figured that the correct process for burning was probably the same in 9 and 10.

I created a file in Studio 12 and saved it to an AVI file, then opened the file in Creator by clicking on add movie and choosing that file. It opens and plays in Creator but, when I try to burn it, I get the sample menu page. My file shows on the left side project view tree under my menu and I can't figure out how to move it to it's own file so that it will burn only my movie.

You don't want a menu?

Open MyDVD, select File|New|DVD, no menu. Then navigate to he folder where your AVI file is and select it. Then select Burn and choose to create an image file. Then use Disc Copier to burn the created image file onto DVD.

Thanks. I'll give it a shot. I already had a menu and titles in the AVI file that I was trying to print, so I didn't want the Roxio titles too.

If the menu & titles are part of the avi files they will not "appear" as menus/titles when you play the DVD but will be part of the actual movie. You cannot use the menu to select titles, etc.
