I'm really hoping someone can help me with this. I just purchased Roxio's BackOnTrack software hoping I'd be able to restore some files I backed up with the Sonic software package just a week ago. Why don't I do it with Sonic, you ask. Well, the reason for the backup was to format my hard drive and I somehow lost the program in the process. I cannot find the install or setup file anywhere.
Now I have a backed up .qci file waiting to be restored but BackOnTrack doesn't see it as it seems to be looking for an image. I thought the two programs would be similar but it doesn't appear that way. Does anyone know of any way around this, or is there another way I can restore a .qci file? At this point the program I just bought is useless to me.
