Error Message Videowave 10 Has Stopped Working

If anyone can help that would be great!

 

I have Vista. When I tried to open My dvd, it gives me an error message "Videowave 10 has stopped working". What does this mean and what can I do to fix it? I've already reinstalled it twice. What else can I do? I would love to work on a project if this software would just work.

While I understand you have already re-installed twice, ensure you have actually followed clean install instructions here. I will also suggest try creating a new account with admin rights and see if that helps. Also suggest updating video card/chip drivers from mfg site.
