Videowave Error

This is a new one for me. After finishing up a VideoWave session, I attempted to output to an MGEG and received an error message FAILED TO GENERATE RENDERING MAP. I restarted my PC, figuring it might be a glitch with memory, but the error persisted. I was able to send the VideoWave session to MyDVD and output the DVD to a folder, so I guess I could now import the DVD to a MPEG. This is a long way around though. In the past I have successfully created MPEGs with VideoWave.

 

Anyone come across this error before?

Correction: rendering graph, not rendering map. I did a search on this forum and found threads addressing the same issue.

 

Its curious that VideoWave worked for a while and I had success with several sessions. The only thing that changed recently was a critical update shoved onto my PC from Miscrosoft. I'll try the fix suggested in the threads. http://forums.support.roxio.com/index.php?...p;hl=render+map
