Having A Hard Time Getting Started.

I have recently purchased the roxio online premium version (because it bought out my other program.) but can not get the additional selection of music and stickers etc. Each time I try to upload them it is asking me to subscribe for another $39.00. I also am having problems loading my pictures. Can pictures be uploaded from my memory card. I am very frustrated with this program. it is not very user friendly. I guess I was spoiled with the Simplestar photo show. bev

Pretty easy to have gotten spoiled with Simplestar. Especially since Roxio is so completely unresponsive. And it appears impossible to get support for the converted program (if you were lucky enough to succeed in any kind of "conversion") since one needs a product number or other kinds of ID. I was given instructions about transferring shows from previous versions of PhotoShow to Roxio Online but the instructions bear no resemblance to what shows on MY screen.

 

I am beyond frustrated with the "new" program and in mourning for the thousands of photos available in my old program but that I am now unable to share or print.....................or apparently transfer to Roxio in either a public or private file format.

PhotoShow 5's saves photos to your My Pictures folder by default.
