Ordering Through 1 800 Roxio #

Question

I placed my order through Roxio yesterday and the CS Rep said I would receive two emails shortly - 1 to confirm order and 1 to down load Roxio Creator 2009 Ultimate. It is 24 hours later and I still haven't received it. When I called it went to a Sonic Rep so I can't get someone to confirm my email address and resend it to me. Any suggestions.

I did and it didn't. I was hoping to use today to finalize a DVD I am doing. Is there a number at Roxio - they may have sent it to the wrong email address>

 

Did the CS representative give you an order number? If so I would suggest going to www.findmyorder.com and enter your order number as your order number, as well as, your password
