gi7omy Posted September 16, 2008 Report Share Posted September 16, 2008 What actually is happening? dotNET 2 is necessary for EMC 10 Try the clean install first For XP: http://kb.roxio.com/content/kb/Creator/000086CR For Vista: http://kb.roxio.com/content/kb/Creator/000127CR Print out the directions and follow them to the letter and don't overlook the hidden folders in C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

This can be done by clicking on my computer then go up and click on Tools -> Folder Options -> View tab. Make sure show hidden folders is selected and click Apply.".
