I have done clean install and deleted all files inthe Windows/Temp dierctory, I have self extracted the files from FN56GA50R13_RoxioCreator2009.exe and still get eror 000D as soon as the installer starts. Can anyone help.

I used to have creator 9 and am on Vista and not at all impressed.

Another user with the same issue believes the "000D" error is due to low disc space on the installation drive. For reference, Roxio 2009 is using at least 1.33GB of space on my Vista 64bit machine.

Cliff,

I had the same problem too while installing Creator 2009. I deleted all Roxio and Sonic program, and also went into to the registry key and deleted them and then was able to install. You may want to try the same way.
