Reg Mech Erases Emc 10 App Keys

I have had to remove and reinstall EMC10 every time I use it. Called all the tech support #s (anyone else have fun trying to find a live Roxio tech support person??) and finally got live chat that said it was my reg cleaner that was the problem, but not how to fix it. Weird as I have tons of downloaded software with nary a problem until now.

 

Anyone using Registry Mechanic v:6.0.0.780 with EMC 10 v: 1.0.044? Could use your help with reconfiguring via regedit or reg mech setup to fix this compatibility problem.

Try installing EMC 10.1 Suite from here. See if that helps. BTW you need to find out from Registry Mechanic helpfile how to exclude certain registry entries from killed. I don't have that product so cannot point you in right direction.
