Trouble Signing And Sharing Shows In The "comcast Photo Show Circle"

Question

Hi - can anyone help. I had the Comcast "photoshow circle" for over 5 years. I can still see all my old galley's, photo's etc. I am still a Comcast customer - with a valid account. I spent hours creating a show, then when I went to share them - I couldn't sign in. I get the response: Server Error. Yet, Roxio acknowledges I have an account. Any ideas's?

If any Comcast customer is having login problems (not password related) try to adjust your firewall settings to allow PhotoShow.

 

If this does not help, please contact support.
