After spending way too much time trying to figure out why my dvds were no longer playing, I purchased the Cineplayer DVD Decoder Pack for Windows XP and paid for it thru paypal. The Roxio link in paypal did not work. It gave me an error message, so I was never sent back to Roxio. I assume if it worked, I might have been taken directly to a download page. After wandering around the website, I found the ironically named "find your order" page, but it doesn't recognize the Order number, even though I received a confirmation email from Roxio with that order number.
