Big_Dave
Does anyone have a link to or copy of the Sonic OEM license terms and conditions for Creator 2009?
gi7omy
Nope - you'd need to check with each OEM as they can vary from supplier to supplier. It's not unknown, fopr example, for an OEM app to fail to work on another drive if it was bundled with one make/model
Big_Dave
Why would Sonic post an OEM product with price on the Sonic's consumer web server? *edited* please check PM

bimicher
Why would Sonic post an OEM product with price on the Sonic's consumer web server? Because Sonic/Roxio is the OEM?
Big_Dave
Done. See my previous post. The price seems reasonable IF there are not any functional differences and IF the license would allow the software to be moved to another PC. So, that is why I want to see the license terms and conditions.
Brendon
I think I'd really want to know a lot more about the CAPABILITIES of the OEM version before I bought it, Dave. OEMs tend to demand different things in the product they're bundling, and you can bet your boots that if this version is only 2/3 of the retail price it will have a lot of either missing or blocked features. Heck! Even Sonic's own cut-down versions of some products have some of the most popular codecs blocked, so who knows what the OEM version will do. Guest ivanatrox
Hi all, Such order indicates that the user is upgraded from OEM software to a full version of Creator 2009. Ivan
