Very difficult with any software especially if the two need to have both audios in sync. if you aren't too worried about the audio, would make it much easier. Just place one video on the main track and the other video on an Overlay track. Then you would just need to split and remove parts of the overlay.

 

There are no 'transitions' per se for overlays, but you can add in/out 'motion' like fade in/out.

Thanks. That's a good suggestion. Can I use the audio from one track and turn down the other? If not, Can I make a separate wave file of the audio and turn off the audio on both video tracks?
