Menu Style In Music Disc Creator

Hello, I am running EMC 10. I am creating a DVD music Disc. The titles are too short for my description. Is there a way to add more text to the titles without changing the font size or can you add a text file to the DVD music Disc as explanation and how?

Sorry, I figured out how to add custom menu styles, but how do I edit the text in the menu? Everytime I double click on it a box appears, but it doesn't let me change the text?
