Cineplayer "insufficient Video Resources"

I just upgraded from Roxio Creator 8 to 2009. I could play DVDs with Creator 8, but in 2009, when I try to start CinePlayer, I get an error message reading that there are "Insufficient Video Resources" to launch CinePlayer. What do I need to update on my computer to play DVDs in CinePlayer?

What do you have for a video card? Do you have the latest drivers for your card?
