Trouble With Vista 64

Same problem here, installed 2009 on vista x64 several times after removing and cleaning. Always get a installation/configuration loop demanding a reboot, only to get the same loop.

Initally, Roxio said I had a problem with my installer...yeah, why just for Roxio 2009? There has been no further suggestions from them after several requests for help. So, my question is, why should I hang on to this software I cannot install/open/use? And they don't seem to give a you know what!

Any suggestions for other software that works on vista x64?

The thread that you hijacked involved Vista, 32 bit. If you purhased the software from Roxio, you can get a refund, if you are within the 30 day refund period.

 

And, I have no suggestion as to why you should hang onto the software. But, I do have a suggestion what you should do with Vista 64.
