Error With Videowave11.exe

I just purchased Creator 9. It installed fine and I successfully created 2 DVDs with MyDVD. While attempting to create a third, I got an error: R6025 - virtual function call for Videowave11.exe. I see from posts that alot of folks get this error with a variety of Roxio products over several years. Yet, I see no solutions. Since Roxio is apparently unable to solve this problem and has no technical support, does anyone out there have a suggestion for resolving this issue? Or, did I just blow $100 on crappy software? Thanks!

Well, I am going to respond to your post, I don't know if it's going to work, (Just like the Creator 2009) I too feel like I blew $100 for nothing. I have had to laugh at their answer: start uninstalling and reinstalling YOUR programs. I have been doing that for 2 weeks now and still have no usable program. After looking at these forums of problems...I wish I had never bought the 2009 Creator
