Had a minor issue with my computer (Windows XP SP3) so I had to uninstall my Roxio software (it came with my HDD). It would get past the user agreement and then say I entered the wrong CD key but it never gave me an opportunity to even enter a CD key. I went online and found the procedure a complete uninstall and then tried it again with the exact same results. Had used roxizap.exe but still the same exact thing. Perhaps a file/folder/registry setting I might have missed? Any technical help you can advise would be GREATLY appreciated!
