Where Do I Get My Free Hd/blue Ray Plugin?

I spoke with Roxio inside sales last month and they said I could get a free HD/Blue Ray plugin if I purchased Creator 2009 by Sept 30 2008. They said I could buy at a local store so I purchased mine at costco.

 

I have been unable to reach technical support (line holds for 30 min then drops). Roxio live chat is useless. Inside sales sends me to tech support.

 

anyone know how I can get the free plugin that was promised to me? anyone in a similar situation?

Not sure about the "free" offer by Roxio for the Blu Ray plugin, but this is a link to why the plugin is sold separately from Creator 2009 program.

You may already have it, but it would require a BD burner to be present.

 

- In the video-Movies tab, go to the "Create DVDs - Advanced" task.

- Select a New Project - Blu-ray.

- (I get a Installer pop up once)

- and I was able to create a bu-ray disc.

 

See if that works for you when you try to create a disc.
