Wellycelt Posted October 1, 2008 Report Share Posted October 1, 2008 I just bought Toast version 9 (download) When I enter the key I have been given into Toast Setup Assistant, it says: "This is an upgrade version of toast 9 titanium and requires a prior version of Toast Titanium... No eligible prior versions were found on your computer. Please enter a product key from one of these eligible products to continue" The continue button is greyed out and cannot be enabled.
