Chapter Ordering

I have split my movie into chapters. When viewing the menu that shows the chapters and using the arrows to move through the chapters - it will not logically move through the chapters. For example, I have 5 chapters and use the arrow button to move right to the next chapter. It will move from 1 to 2 to 3 to 5 and skip 4. Is there a way to set the "tabbing" order for the chapters on the DVD menu?

What menu style are you using? How did you create the chapters? I believe the tabbing order is the order in which the chapters appear in the timeline
