Continuous Background Music During Menu

Hi i just got Roxio creator and i am editing a wedding dvd.

 

i was wondering if it is possible to have background music during the menu play continuously even if the menu changes (eg. from main to scene selections...)? At the moment it starts again when i change menus

I don't think that is possible. Even commercial DVDs dont have that I believe
