Please Help Error 404

I just installed Roxio Online. When I open the program I am getting an error that says: A photoshow asset is missing on the server. Error 404 not found. Can anyone help to fix this? I re-installed, but am still getting the message.

Try to re-download and reinstall from this new version.

I also installed the new desktop software and get the error code 404 missing asset.

 

The software seems to work, but I get another message when I try to burn a DVD. "cannot activate roxio video engine because application has been installed too many times" I only use it on one Vista computer. How do I fix.

Funny that I have had photoshow for a few years now the funny thing is since roxio took over everything that everybody is complaining about ia happing to me and im yet to use the bloody thing I going to ask for my money back that bloody error 404 is you do get it to work it wont let you edit it because if you try it closes down so i thought i would make one how it wanted and then it says cant find burner NOW YOU TRY TO CONTACT ROXIO AND SEE IF THEY ANSWER THEY DONT BECAUSE I TRIED good luck
