Want Emc9, Don't Want Napster - How?

Question

I have a server with EMC9 installed. It's a business machine that uses Creator to burn backup DVDs. I have uninstalled Napster but when I check on the machine later Napster is back on.

Napster is just getting in the way and I need to find a way to make it go away for good!

Can anyone help with this problem?

Thanks,

GREGD

First, do a clean uninstall: http://kb.roxio.com/content/kb/Creator/000086CR

For VISTA then try this link: http://kb.roxio.com/content/kb/Creator/000127CR

Then, when you do the install, do a custom install and be sure that Napster is not selected. Even after doing that, you may have to scan the hard drive for Napster folders.

I also found it to be a real pain to remove Napster but it is possible.

Go to this link http://forums.support.roxio.com/index.php?...mp;#entry153396 and look at post #6.

The link posted there is wrong, so if you decide to try the fix here is the correct link http://www.napster.com/techsupport/

FYI

Maybe it should also be pointed out here that EMC9 is NOT supported on a Server OS.
