I'm getting the following error message on my laptop when I try to start any component of the EMC 10 suite:
"The certificate file is missing or has been corrupted. Please re-install it."
However I only get this message when the laptop is undocked. When docked to the advanced mini dock the program runs fine. Details are:
System:
Lenovo T61
Model 6459CTO
Intel Core Duo 2.2 GHz
RAM: 2GB
Grapics: nvidia Quadro 140 128MB
OS: Vista Biz, SP 1
No domain, just a workgroup PC
Dock: Thankpad Advanced Mini-dock # 250410U
Connected to the dock:
LG L203WTX monitor (via DVI)
mouse & kb
Epson RX680 MFP (via USB)
network connection via Cat 5 cable
Roxio product: EZ Media Creator 10 Suite
So when the laptop is docked, which is most of the time, EMC 10 starts & runs fine. But when undocked & running on it's own, the error message appears. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
