I also had this problem.

Actually my problem first arose as my graphics getting jumbled when I launched CinePlayer (installed to my computer from "Creator 2009"). This caused me the need to reboot my computer . Note just launching Cineplayer did not cause my windows to get jumbled up, but interacting with the Cineplayer (looking for a file to open or using the help within Cineplayer did). Fortunaely I remembered the wndows symbol key followed by "U" followed by "R" would reset my computer. I needed this because I could not see or interact with the scrammbeld windows. After reboot (and not starting CinePlayer) I then went into my grahics options and tried playing with the harware accelaration. By turning down the levels of hardware accerleration (and then subsequently launching Cineplayer)I eventually got to the point where I receieved the same message that my grapics does not have enough resources to run (all prior attempts of lowering hardware accelator resulted in the same aforementioned scrammbled windows). Note I also was able to get the the settings menu of Cineplayer and did turn off accelator option (this was one of the few interactions with Cineplayer that did not cause my windows to get jumbled). I slao updated my intel graphics driver with no success. Here is snap shot of my system (from dxdiag which is a cool tool that I learned from this post [thanks]):

Determine what video card or chip you have via Windows>Start> Run> type in dxdiag> OK.

The first thing to look at is what version of Direct X do you have. It should be at least 9c. It will be near the bottom of the first tab that opens. Go to the display tab. On the left will be the video device identification and on the right will be the driver version and date. Post that here or search the manufacturer's site (Matsonic) for updated drivers.

If you can get CinePlayer to open, turn off the video acceleration there also.

It is always a help if you post the model number of the computer. That way we can help in the search. Here is the driver page for the various models.

The 1ghz is a problem since the performance will be very slow and you may not be able to capture video but you should be able to do slide shows and audio. A new graphics card might help a little but that 1ghz will never be fast.

Comment: This is the only manufacturer that I know of that charges for updated drivers!:o:(
