Effects Have Gone!

Hi there,

 

I'm new to Creator 2009 but not to editing. I swear blind when I first installed the disc and did some test edits that I had more transition effects. I tested out rotating cubes, filmstrips that zoomed off and wavey flags. All dropped in from the transition box. All nice effects that somehow appear to be gone? Can anyone explain, enlighten me.

In VideoWave, look under Tools – Options – Render.

 

If 'Software' is selected the ones you mentioned will be absent. (80 total)

 

If 'Hardware' is selected they will be available to you. (99 total)

 

Of course depending on your PC, HW Rendering may not produce good results. You will have to strike a balance between quality video and cute transitions…
