Activation Code

I bought Photo Show 5 Deluxe months ago online but just tried to burn slide show to CD for TV. I am getting a message to provide an activation code. I have my disc but can't seem to find the code. I have no jewel case and bought this online from some company I don't have the name of. Can suggest anything?

I suggest contacting Roxio Support incase you have already not done. They should be able to lookup your order and provide "activation code" if any.
