captaind12
I bought a Dell computer (3 yrs ago) with Sonic/Roxio preinstalled. I am now being pestered by a message to "Update manager". This requires a disc. I can't get Dell to help me resolve this problem. The info I have on my computer doesn't tell me what version of Roxio I have. It just says Roxio. Any suggetions? captaind12
I went to the site and downloaded but this did not solve the problem. When I restarted my computer I got the "Install update manager" again. This is frustrating because it keeps try to install and it takes several cancellations in order to stop it from trying. By the way I did find out that the version I have is Roxio LE-Dell edition. Thanks for your time and efforts to help me solve this irksome problem. Did you read this link on a Dell board that appears to relate to this issue? Seems like a couple of possible solutions are discussed there.
