Hard Copy

im new to roxio and am having problem creating a hard copy of the downloaded program. i not that the part one is 1.4 + mg and this will not go onto my cd's and if i try using a dvd it will not accept any advice please? thanks guys

For a start 'hard copy' means PRINTING (on a piece of paper)

 

Open the downloaded file with winzip or winrar (it's a self-extracting archive) and extract it to a temp folder

 

Open up the program and make an image file of the contents of the folder (not the folder itself - just what's in it)

 

Put in a blank DVD and double click on the image file you just made.

 

Just as an aside - I do remember a Star Trek NG early program (when Q was on the Enterprise) of one of the characters saying 'Computer - hard copy only' As was asked back then - has anyone ever SEEN a printer on the Enterprise?

If you can provide more details on what application are you trying to use within C2009? What is the make/model of your drive? What kind of media are you using? And what is the actual issue you are experiencing while trying to back up the download files on DVD?
