Question

I bought the roxio online premium service and photoshow 5 can not figure out how to burn a disc myself...supposed to be able to with the premium service...only see where to order at a ridiculous price....I also have Roxio creator 10...already have a slideshow that I made for son's anniversary that I need to burn

Hello, I'm running the roxio Premium too. I looked at this program a multiple of times, just clicking anything that might give me a hint on how to burn a DVD too.

Finally, I clicked on "Get This Photo show on Video" It states that it is going to make your video and it might take some time, but they will email you when it is ready.

I waited for the email, and it did show up in a little while. It says that there are many ways to save it [and gives choices] but as I was trying to save to DVD I just used my own DVD burner. It was downloaded in 7 minutes.

Hope this works for you.

Thanks for posting this solution. :) I would rather export because there are more options, however, this will do until they get itfixed so that we can export like we are suppose to be able to.

You can burn DVDs and SVCDs in both programs.

In PhotoShow 5 it is under the Make tab. The button is "DVD and CD-ROM".

In Roxio PhotoShow it is under the Share tab. The button is called "Burn PhotoShow Disc".

thanks for the info it still doesn't work says failed to burn

Hello, I posted to another person who had the same problem, I did also. Finally figured it out. Click on "get this photo show on video" It will tell you that it is making a video for you and will email you when it is ready, that it might take a few minutes, but to please wait. So I waited and they emailed me with the mp4 download that I could download anywhere. I used my dvd burner to make a copy which took 7 minutes.

I hope this fixes your problem.

Good night.
