They stopped making Creator 9 a year ago, you probably meant Creator 2009???

A search indicates 4 of these files in various locations around my HD.

How many do you have?

If you are actually doing every step in the Clean Install and not skipping some, it could indicate that your download was incomplete.

ok - my Bad - Creator 2009 - don't understand why Roxio says files found but cannot be loaded - if they are not there I would assume it would say file not found - I will try again to redownload - thanks - and clean install one more time <_<

Because it is corrupt???

There are a number of other files coming up with same problem - DropDownTriangle.png, Label.png - they are all there - I will re-install but if it was corrupted or missing from download - i would assume best practice has check and balances in place to prevent such problems.

Is this a ESD (downloadable) version or you have a PHY disc? If you have disc, I suggest follow the clean install and then copy the contents of the disc on the desktop in a folder and then try installing from that folder.

Ok I see you have downloaded files.. In such a case, try extracting the content of the .exe file in a folder by using 7zip or Winrar and then try to install. If possible, try creating a new user account on the system with admin rights and use this account to install the product and see how it goes.

Hi,

I have exactly the same problem.

Strange thing however : the installation went flawless, AND I used different programs several times without any problem!

Just now, I tried to work on some pictures and got the message "skin image 'loading.png' found but cannot be loaded".

Strange that it worked before....

Redownloaded from Roxio site, clean installed in new user account with admin rights - same problem as 1st install. Although my XP OS is English - Roxio installs in French version without asking me.

Make sure your Lang and Regional settings are set to English/US. The product will autodetect these parameters and install the product in related language.
