Easy Media Creator 9

Hi i have easy media creator 9 which i have run before i have recently formatted and every time i try to open a program in creator i get a dialogue box opening up to register . i am already registered, it wont let me do anything and i have to use task manager to shut it down any help would be appreciated

Do you perhaps have an OEM version of EMC 9 or the retail version? Are you connected to the internet?

retail version and i'm connected

Try disconnecting from Internet and when prompted choose to "Don't show me this again".
