Driver information for Microsoft® Windows Vista® and Windows® XP Note: In some instances, the camera or camcorder may not be recognized by the computer when connected. REDWAGON Posted October 11, 2008 Report Share Posted October 11, 2008 Here's an interesting link to another user having problems with the Sony DCR HC21 camcorder. To download video from a camcorder to EMC 9, 10 or Creator 2009, you need to use a Firewire cable from the camera to a Firewire port on the computer.Then go to Video Copy and Convert program.
