I am a first time Roxio Creator user. I purchased the Creator 2009 Ultimate and most things seem to work fine. However, VideoWave crashes ("VideoWave 11 has stopped working~A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program ......) This problem seams to occur when I try to change specific transition times.
I did a clean install on my Toshiba Notebook with Vista Home Premium. After numerous attempts to make it work, I did a re-install and changed all "TempVectors" to "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Roxio Shared\DLLShared\rsl.dll" in the registery, as recommended for this problem in Creator 10; but to no avail.
The size of my video takes 15-20 minutes for each save, so I do want to do it after each change; but I also frustrated by losing all my work to an instantaneous shutdown.
I am a very experienced computer user and can solve most problems for most people, but this has me bewildered!
