Extremely Faulty App - I Want My Money Back Now!

tolkien

Question

Just purchased Creator 2009. Tried to install it on three laptops. No luck. Two of the laptops are clean vista installs. No anti virus, no firewall, no other apps to conflict - nothing. On each the installation file hangs the machine. On stopping the process the installation starts and proceeds to repair a Macromedia Flashpaper 2 installation (?!) It took two attempts to download the purchase in the first place. After downloading it, in my experience as an IT professional of 15 years I would say that there is no chance whatsoever that this application will install successfully.

I feel completely conned and want my money back.

Ironically the only reason I bought 2009 is because my previous version refused to recognise a DVD/CD drive on vista - yet another known issue. I can't believe Roxio are fleecing money from people knowing the app won't install!

Probably the worst piece of software I've ever had the misfortune to purchase.
