Video Stutters During Each Photo Displayed

cfi on the fly

Question

Im taking photos and videos and putting them together using cinemagic. Im using hd quality and putting them on a standard dvd. Anyone know why the results are very jerky and seem to smear for a second on each photo displayed on my tv. Im useing a ps3 and have tried software and hardware encoding with the same results. The main reason in purchasing this was to get hd quality without having to buy a blu ray burner. Hope im not out $130 just like that.

Well still no luck, Ive tried harware and software encoding, actually is worse with software.

Im going to try and use a different brand of DVDRW, Im using sony now. Any suggestions? I like using Cinemagic just for the ease of use. I dont have the time to make my own, and from what I have seen of it, beside the constant jitters, it does a good job of making a movie. Anymore hints on what I may be doing wrong? If I can't get this thing working what recourse do I have? Can you return this software? Can you sell this on ebay if you have already registered it?

Thanks

Could you list your system specs similar to what I have in my signature?

Well you can get DVD Movie Quality if you don't go past an hour of material.

I would never use CineMagic for a project instead I would use VideoWave and do the burning in MyDVD.

If you have RW media, give it a whirl. If you still get the jitters, go under Tools – Options – Render and pick Software.
