Access Unnamed File Past Its End

Hello, I'm having the same problem. I also get "An attempt was made to access an unnamed file past its end". I did a "clean install" per the directions on the site but I am still having the same problem. This is when I try to open a saved file. When I create my own, I get a smear (however, I haven't tried to create a "new" label and print it since I did the clean install).

Which version are you actually using? 10.0 or 10.1 ??

 

My version 10.0 will load saved .JWL files, including those from previous versions. However the version 10.1 labeller seems to be messed up and either freezes or gives me the input past end error with .JWL files from versions 8, 9, or 10.0.

And sadly we have found that 11 will not read any previous JWL files…

 

Were these files you are having trouble with created with an earlier version?
