I have a .mov that was originally 480x360. When I burned it as a DVD the edges were clipped off when viewed with a DVD player through a normal TV--it's literally too big for the TV screen. So I shrunk the .mov to 320x240 and the DVD of that appears exactly the same way on the TV, with the edges clipped the same amount.
Both these sizes are 4:3 aspect ratios, which is the same as a standard TV.
I did not see any controls in my Toast (I'm using Titanium 7) that seemed like they would address such a problem.
